We strive to process and ship out your order within 2-3 business days.
A shipping notification email will be sent to your email address when your order has been shipped. 
Please ensure the shipping and billing information are complete, valid, and correct. Missing or inaccurate information may cause processing delays. If the shipping address is a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries.
We are not responsible if the address is not correct and un-deliverable. To have the returned item re-sent, you would need to cover full shipping cost.  
 
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for deliveries to rural areas.
Return or exchange within 30 days from the delivered date is accepted, Requirement:
1. Items received within 30 days from the delivered date.
2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at contact davida1@live.ca as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY
Replacement
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to contact @shinestarfashion.com If the case is deemed valid, shinestarfashion.com will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.
After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
Free Product
We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products, for any reason.
Changes on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. 
Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed. If you want to cancel the transaction for any reason, please contact us right away.
